These Terms of Sale govern your purchase and use of digital resources ("scripts") from The Lab, operated by [Your Name / Business Name] ("we", "us", "The Lab"). By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.
All payments are processed by Tebex Limited, who act as the merchant of record and handle billing, invoicing and payment support. By purchasing, you also agree to Tebex's own terms of service. We never see or store your card details.
Scripts are licensed, not sold. Each purchase grants a non-exclusive licence to use the resource on servers operated by the purchasing Cfx.re account. You may not resell, redistribute, sub-licence, share, or publish the files. Resources are protected by Cfx.re asset escrow.
Scripts are delivered digitally and are typically granted to your Cfx.re Portal within minutes of a completed purchase. It is your responsibility to log in with the correct Cfx.re (FiveM) account at checkout.
Lab Access is a recurring monthly subscription granting access to all current and future scripts while active. It renews automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time via your Tebex payment history; access continues until the end of the paid period.
You agree not to reverse engineer, leak, crack, or remove protection from any resource. Licences for leaked or stolen copies are void and may be revoked. We reserve the right to refuse service or revoke access for breach of these terms.
Scripts are provided "as is". We make no warranty that a resource will be uninterrupted or error-free or compatible with every server configuration. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the resource in question.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of [your jurisdiction].
This policy explains what information we handle when you use The Lab.
To deliver your scripts, provide support, manage subscriptions and licences, and prevent fraud or abuse. We do not sell your personal data.
You may request access to or deletion of the information we hold about you by contacting us through our Discord. We retain order records as required for accounting and support.
Because our products are digital goods delivered instantly, all sales are generally final once a resource has been granted to your Cfx.re account.
Refunds are administered by Tebex in line with their policy and applicable consumer law. Where you have a statutory right of withdrawal (for example, certain EU/UK consumers), note that this right may not apply once digital delivery has begun with your consent.
You can cancel Lab Access at any time and won't be billed again. We do not provide partial-month refunds; your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

The Lab uses minimal browser storage to function — we do not run advertising or cross-site tracking.
You can clear this at any time through your browser's site-data settings. Clearing it will sign you out and empty your cart.
